What started as another long day of selling pest control in Spokane, led to an idea that would redefine the way Duncan and Alston trained.

Like many people, they felt like they had hit a wall in their selling abilities. The daily correlation meetings, YouTube videos, and Instagram reels didn’t seem to cut it. Despite searching for ways to improve, there was still a glaring question.

How do the top reps do what they do??

Nobody seemed to have the answer. So, they thought to themselves,

What if we could spend a day in their shoes?

So, they came up with a system that would allow anybody, anywhere, to learn from the best of the best. And the results showed. By implementing it in their own team, they went from being one of the worst performing teams, to having the BEST DSA in the entire company.
